The Paige Fraser Foundation Dance Strong Workshop Series (Cohort 2)
We welcome back Paige Fraser's "Dance Strong" Workshops!
Dance Strong is a dance and movement with classes taught by experienced teachers who can help students with different types of disabilities. Students will practice yoga, movement, and other activities to improve their body's movements, balance, concentration, and awareness.
This program is FREE of charge to community residents with dedicated sessions for 8-12 year old (Cohort 1) and 13–17 year-old (Cohort 2) students.
2nd Cohort (Ages 13-17) meets on Wednesdays in June starting June 7th.
