How to Register 
 

  1. Log In or Create an Account
    New to Mind-Builders? Start by creating an account. Returning families can log in using their existing account info.
     
  2. Browse and Select Classes
    Use the filters to search by age, day, or art form—or head straight to your preferred department. Each listing includes class times and dates to help you choose what works best for your schedule. Add your selected classes to your cart.
     
  3. Complete Enrollment Details
    Follow the prompts to enter your child's (or your) information for each class.
     
  4. Submit Payment
    Enter your payment details to complete enrollment. A one-time annual registration fee will be applied at checkout.
     
  5. Confirmation
    After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your class details.

Tuition & Fees

Our classes are designed to be high-quality and affordable.
 

Annual Registration Fee (non-refundable): $25 for one student or $50 per family.
Registration Fee covers July 2025 - June 2026

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • If you cancel before the first class, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable registration fee.
  • If you cancel after the season has started, refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of remaining classes.
  • Please note: Payment is still required for any classes that occurred before your cancellation request was received.

 

Financial Aid & Tuition Assistance

We’re committed to keeping the arts accessible to all families.
 

Current Tuition Assistance Options Are:

  • Work Exchange — Adults may volunteer weekly for one free class (for themselves or a child). Selection is through an interview process. (Available only during Fall/Spring sessions.)
