Listening Circle & Leadership Training
This online training is designed for organizational and community leaders who want practical tools for fostering trust, psychological safety, and stronger communication within their teams and communities.
The Listening Circle is a structured, intentional practice that strengthens active listening and encourages empathy. Rather than focusing on debate or problem-solving, it centers on presence, respect, and understanding. Participants are invited to speak from lived experience while others listen without interruption, creating space for connection and clarity.
In this first program in the Open Circle Training series, participants will learn the foundational principles and practices for guiding a Listening Circle. You will explore how to hold space, set clear agreements, and support honest dialogue in a way that feels grounded and respectful.
Listening Circles can be adapted for many environments, including corporate and nonprofit organizations, schools and classrooms, community groups, retreat settings, remote workplaces, and other collective spaces where trust and communication matter.
